Noreen's 8 months progress
She can crawling at 10kph LOL, she is mighty curious now, everything she will want to touch and put in her mouth, dismantle everything she get her hands on. Changing her diapers now are like F1 pitstop we only have 3sec to get the job done or she will flip back and crawl away, maybe we need kiki to be the lollipop man to hold her still.
We took her to play in the pool, but no picture taken as it was the first time and being a paranoia father, both of us in the water incase anything happen. She was a bit scare I think, just sat there on her green float not moving with her expressionless face staring blankly on the water.
The table side rubber protection prove to be useless, she would peel it away and put in her mouth, we've to use silicon glue to make sure it stick at where it belong.

False Alarm
After Noreens fever subside she developed red spots all over her body, we suspect dengue and rush to Pantai at 10am, Dr. Margaret shares the same view and send her to the pathologist for blood test. The 1 hour wait was a long and nervous 60 minutes, when the nurse brought the report to the clinic my heart rate was racing.
We went in and Dr. Margaret said thank god, its not dengue, not virus and she says 99% chance its just food allergy. Finally we calmed down, and she gave her some anti-histamine and soothing cream. It was really a big scare we had early in the morning.
So we started her on the anti-histamine tonite and should continue for the next 3 days, poor girl again have to go thru another round of medication, shes getting real grumpy.

Noreens march update (8 months) teething
Yesterday morning manja woke up and I can feel she is having a temperature. We werent sure if its caused by washing the nite before, she had a loose stool around midnite, we thought it was strange, the stool was greenish and I told Lita to wash Noreen, she was reluctant to do so as afraid she might catch a cold.
True enough the very next day she was feverish. But I also notice she was salivating. She was fuzzy the whole day and didnt want to eat anything or drink from the milk bottle. Lucky we've not wean off Noreen or we'll be left with nothing to pacify her moodiness.
Last nite we gave her paracetamol 1.5ml which I had on standby, her temperature was fluctuating around 37C - 38.5C.
This afternoon we took her to see Dr. Margaret, Noreen weight 9.11kgs. She confirm the fever is due to teething but told us if the fever did not subdue by friday then we need to reevaluate.
